I’m not so self conscious sharing my measurements as I am with my weight. So I’m going to post my measurements every so often, just to look back and see how much I’ve lost/gained. Good motivation and a good reminder that losing weight is a process. :)

Went to the gym today with some of my Japanese classmates. I really love this group of friends.. Really awesome how we met just last quarter and now we’re having kickback and work out groups together.. Haha, and I’m going to be SO sore tomorrow..

Anyways.
